Dr. Siddhath Jain is a senior consultant nephrologist & transplant physician in surat, since 2012 and has been extending his excellent service in the field of Nephrology. After completing the MBBS and MD degrees, Dr. Jain completed the DM Nephrology Superspeciality degree from IKDRC, Ahmedabad, a high-volume tertiary care hospital. He is the owner of the Kidney care clinic and attached to various multispeciality hospitals like Mahavir hospital, tristar hospital, green leaf hospital, Maitreya hospital, Unique Multispeciality Hospital, Metas Adventist Hospital, BAPS Pramukh Swami Hospital, and other major hospitals. He has exemplary experience in Live, Related and Cadaver Donor Renal Transplantation, as well as post-transplant care.

He has technical skills pertaining to the procedures of Peritoneal Dialysis, Haemodialysis, Haemoperfusion, Plasmapheresis, and Kidney Biopsy and perm cath. He is proficient in the management of nephrological problems in adults as well as children. Dr. Siddharth Jain has done more than 20,000 Haemodialysis in Surat. He has done more than 500 renal biopsies.
